Requirements

Who we're looking for

We keep our network small and serious. To be considered, you should generally meet these requirements:

Proof of funds

Documented capital ready to deploy on cash purchases.

At least 10 cash deals

A demonstrated track record of closing cash transactions.

5+ recent acquisitions

At least five properties purchased in the last 12 months.

Prompt response times

Quick replies on every offer request we send your way.

Ethical treatment of sellers

Honest communication, fair offers, and respect for the people on the other side of the table, every single time.

Bad behavior, immediate removal

Investors who don't treat sellers with respect, miss commitments, or behave unethically are removed from the network. No second chances.
